We are a family that operates with passion our farm using organic methods.
We cultivate feed for our dairy cows, harvest grapes from our vineyard and - in our small workshop - make sauces and jams from fruits and vegetables in season.
The recipes are from our simple country tradition which we want revive.
We offer cheerful and confortable accomodation in rooms with private baths in a restored barn.
In the renovated dairy we serve delicious breakfast including our milk, jams and freshly-baked sweets.
Our nonno Our nonno Pio left us his small dairy with a dozen cows. These cows provide us with high-quality milk which we serve for breakfast at the B&B and send to the cheese-farm to be made into Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.We raise farmyard animals: our two beautiful geese, rabbits, hens and chicks.
You can visit our farm from April to September by prior agreement and in May trough the Fattorie Aperte (Open Farms) program.
In our small kitchen-workshop we prepare preserves and sauces in small quantities with fruit and vegetables as soon as they're harvested, using traditional family recipes.
In the farm-shop you can buy our preserves, vegetable salsa, classic fruit compotes, and original preserves to accompany cheese such as onion jam, balsamic jelly, wine jellies, compotes of figs and pumpkin with ginger ... and condiments made with our aged balsamic.
We offer cheerful and confortable accomodation in four rooms with private bathroom in the restored old barn.
The warm atmosphere of the old furniture you will find inside and the colours of landscape outside will let you have a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
In the renovated dairy, Anna will serve for you a delicious breakfast prepared with the products of the farm: our milk, jams and marmelades and freshly-baked sweets and salted "focacce".
