Autostrada A 15 Parma-La Spezia, uscita Pontremoli, girare a sinistra, percorrere la provinciale in direzione Mulazzo, all'altezza del km 3,6, sulla destra la segnaletica e l'ingresso della fattoria.

Motorway A 15, Parma-La Spezia, exit: Pontremoli, turn left, drive along the provincial road towards Mulazzo, at km 3.6, on the right, there are the farm's sign and entrance.

 Comment y arriver:
Autoroute A 15 Parme-La Spezia, sortie Pontremoli, tourner à gauche, parcourir la route départementale en direction de Mulazzo, au km 3,6, sur la droite, il y a la signalisation et l'entrée de la ferme.

I prezzi comprendono tutti i consumi di acqua, gas, energia elettrica, biancheria da camera, bagno, cucina, con ca cambio settimanale e pulizia finale appartamento. Utilizzo servizi: piscina, tennis da tavolo, calcio balilla, campo di calcetto, bici mountain bike, barbecue esterni. Sono extra: il riscaldamento 13,00 euro per appartamento al giorno da pagare in loco.
Week end: Minimo 2 notti e solo in media e bassa stagione
Periodi settimanali: Arrivo sabato pomeriggio dalle ore 16,30-19,00 e partenza sabato entro le ore 10,00
Cauzione: 155,00 euro, per appartamento
Caparra: 40% alla prenotazione..

Prices include the use of water, gas and electricity; plus bed, bathroom and kitchen linen. (The linen will be changed weekly). The apartments are throughly cleaned when the guests leave. Price also include the use of the swimming pool, table-tennis, "calcio balilla", little football ground, the mountain bicycles and barbecues.

Extras: heating € 13,00 a day, for apartment to be paid on site.
Week end: Minimum 2 nights, only during medium and low season.
Weekly stays: Arrival on Saturday afternoons between 16.30 - 19.00 and departure on Saturday morning by 10.00.
Caution money: € 155,00 for apartament.
Deposit: 40% at the time of booking.
