Caravanserraglio has five separate apartments available. We have sleeping accommodation for a total of twenty persons. The apartments are completely rebuilt and are provided with a comfortable bathroom with bath-tub, wash-basin, bidet and toilet. The rooms are warm in the winter and cool and fresh in the summer. Towels, sheets and blankets are supplied by us.
The House of the Roses (8+2 persons) and mini-apartment Riders (2 persons) contain self catering facilities. The three small apartments Artists, Lovers and Travellers (2 persons each ) do not contain self catering facilities.
For them breakfast in the Restaurant is included in the price (B&B).
We serve diner in the Restaurant only for our guests. We don't cook every day, but on the days agreed with the guests on the moment. The Restaurant is located in the old stable which has been completely restored so that the rustic atmosphere of it is retained. The wooden floor, furniture and ceramics, together with the informal presentation, form the backdrop for the food that is well taken care of. The philosophy is to take care of our guests with love.
We use products that come from organic farms and all the products are chosen with the greatest care. The meat-products are carefully selected and come from the local area. Also the different kinds of cheeses, vegetables and the home-made pastaís are of the highest quality, with a view to a well balanced diet. We also cater for vegetarians, who do not have to miss out on the delicious food of the region.
The wines that we serve are mainly local. The selection is modest but good.
