The S.Antonio Farmhouse, managed by Fiorella and Roberto Mattei, has 16 hectares of sown pasture and woods placed the slopes of Meraviglia Mountain, to 850 meters high. The farm is completely dedicated to biological agriculture of wheat, bowline, oat, lentils, chick-pea and chickling-vetch; they raise cattle and animals within the farm. The firm is included in Mountain Meraviglia protection area in which hunting is forbidden. The hospitality unwinds in rooms and apartments for 14 persons in total.
We guard an environmental didactic path, and other various paths for trekking. Our district, the Valnerina, offers to the attentive tourist who loves taste to little to little the beauties that he discovers, also true jewels of art, distant from the tourist more frantic flows, where he could find again the roots of the umbrian mysticism;after spending the whole day in the open air he can taste the best known dishes of the umbrian food tradition, based on Norcia's black truffle, Cascia's saffron, cheeses, salted meat and the other typical products.
 
 
The landscape that surrounds the farm is placed to 2 km from Cascia - 900 mt hight. The farm is surrounded by the green of the Valnerina, it enjoys of an excellent panorama on the background of the Sibillini national park and of the regional park of the Coscierno. The position allows the tourist to reach suburbs of the Valnerina in an optimal way. In a very calm landscape, each season has particular charms with the own colors so the tourist can choose the best period for coming.
About the sports you can practice within a nature of amazing beauty in the Sibillini Mountains National Park and in Valnerina, it is possible to arrange your horseback excursions in a sporting center in the vicinity, in canoe, canoe and rafting, mountain biking, parapendio and many other activities.
