The fifty hectares of our firm extend him in one of the most beautiful and fascinating zones in Sicily: The Valley of the Alcantara. We find us to alone 15 kilometers from Taormina, to the street of the Nebrodis, near to the famous Throats of the Alcantara and in front of the Etna.
We are literally surrounded by the very beautiful and uncontaminated nature of Sicily of other times. In the heart of the Valley Alcantara, one of the most enchanting zones in Sicily, near the famous throats and to only 15 Kms from Taormina him extended the 50 hectares of our firm.We cultivate vegetables, pears, oranges, mandarins, peaches, apricots, cherries, table grape, produces also some good oil extravergine of olive (in a short while d.o.p.) and the generous red wine. Besides we deal there with the breeding of animals from courtyard and of zootecnia.
 
 
In the mountain zone of the firm, produces also walnut-trees and chestnuts. Our animals guarantee ua a good production of tuma, cheese and ricotta, of wich a part also comes batch and used for seasoning the famous macaronies casarecci of the firm.
Our principal specialty: the famous Maiorchino! An hold hamlet, totaly restructured, it allows us to offer a family and pleasant hospitality.
The rooms are fresh in summer and heated in winter with a comforting fireplace. The rooms are all endowed with bath really. The firm agritouristic "St.Cataldo" it organizes driven excursion for the Etna, the tallest volcano in Europe. (excursions in a special car of the firm, with guide)
