Farm Holiday dei Clivi is inside a medieval village called Eggi, a charming place on the hills at
a short distance from the city of Spoleto.
The Agriturismo is sited on the hillside of the village, in front of the first spurs of Appennini
Mountains, nearby woods and olive oil yards; two of the three accomodations are adjoining
to the eighteenth century main villa and to the nineteenth century oil-mill.
Our accomodations are 3 furnished flats recovered from ancient pre-existent structures.
The repair works tried to do everything possible so to protect the ancient architectural
style and, by using old furnitures such as objects and equipment pertinent to rural activities,
we tried to offer a 'scent' of our traditions and of the rustic culture of the site.
'Casetta' is a little picturesque house immersed in some orchards that
belonged to Clivi family, recently recovered and turned into court-yards.

Obtained from a portion of an old hay-loft, it consists on one wide living-room with cooking-

In the living-room there is a wonderful and ancient joiner's bench, with some old carpenter's

by the date engraved on a flat tile, its name is due to the wood-pigeons that lived here till
few years ago, whose shelters are still visible inside the house.
In the living-room there is an ancient and rare "mattera", a piece of furniture used as meal
stockage, drew from here for any domestic need.
Palombaia has its own court-yard and consists, arranged on two floors, on one living-room,
kitchen, toilette and a wide room with three beds.
