Farm holiday Located in Aasciano Contryside, Crete Senesi. The village La Campana has a medieval origin, but it took its current shape in the seventeenth century, when the Sienese Tolomei family of bankers built the master’s villa with the chapel and enlarged the village.
The buildings have recently been restored and now you can enjoy a relaxing stay here, surrounded by the splendid landscape of the Crete Senesi, by the art and history of this unforgettable corner of Tuscany and by the oeno-gastronomic delights of this region, among which the white truffle stands out.

Apartments
Every apartment, furnished in style, has an independent entrance and a private shaded external space or terrace, equipped with tables and chairs for eating al fresco.
The master’s villa is surrounded by a large exclusive park with gazebo, and is furnished with late 19th-early 20th century pieces.
All the kitchens in the apartments and in the villa are equipped with cookers, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
The beautiful master’s villa has an austere Tuscan architectural structure with base shoe, of some 600 square metres distributed on two floors:
on the ground floor you will find the entrance, a large sitting room with Tuscan-style fireplace, a sitting-room, a dining room, a card room, a TV room, bathroom, a large kitchen with fireplace, a service room and a cellar;
on the first floor there is a billiard room, a double bedroom + bathroom with tub, four twin-bedded rooms, each with its own bathroom with tub, and a single room + bathroom with shower;
beds: 11.
Bruco (The Caterpillar): This large, 124 square metre, two-floor apartment has been created by connecting the old priest’s accommodation with the coach-house.
The ground floor is subdivided by an arch in the living room with fireplace and kitchen/dining room.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom;
the bedrooms are located on the first floor: a double bedroom + bathroom with shower;
a twin-bedded room + bathroom with tub; a twin-bedded room + bathroom with shower; Beds: 6.
Onda (The Sea-wave): Once the gamekeeper’s accommodation, now it is a very comfortable 117 square metre apartment, situated on the first floor and consisting of a dining room-living room with fireplace, a kitchen that leads to the garden, two double bedrooms, a twin-bedded room, and two bathrooms with tub.

Selva (The Wood): Once the house for workers of the farm, currently an 84 square metre apartment, situated on the first floor and furnished with a beautiful panoramic terrace, along with a dining–living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, a bathroom with tub and one with shower. Beds: 4.
Aquila (The Eagle): This comfortable 91 square metre apartment was one of the old warehouses and is situated on the ground floor and consists of a living room with fireplace, a kitchen-dining room, a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower.Beds: 5.
Torre (The Tower): Made out of the former barn and warehouse, it is a spacious 114 square metre apartment on two floors:
located on the ground floor, there are the dining/living room with fireplace and the kitchen;
on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower; Beds: 4.
Drago (The Dragon).
Created in the former barn and warehouse, this is a large 121 square metre apartment on two floors:
on the ground floor there are the dining/living room with fireplace, the kitchen, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower;
on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a single room + a sofa-bed and a bathroom with tub;
Beds: 5 + 1.
Istrice (The Porcupine): Created in the former barn and warehouse, this is a large 124 square metre apartment on two floors:
on the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace and the kitchen-dining room;
on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower; Beds: 4.
Nicchio (The Shell): This 80 square metre apartment converted from the old stables is situated on the ground floor and equipped with a splendid panoramic terrace, in addition to a dining/living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, two bathrooms with tub. Beds: 4
Civetta (The Owl): Situated on the first floor of the village’s oldest building, this delightful 83 square metre apartment comprises a dining/living room with fireplace, kitchen, a double bedroom, a single room, two bathrooms with shower.Beds: 3.
Reception: Our reception is open everyday, except Sunday and Wednesday afternoons and Mondays. We speak Italian, English, French and German.

The villa has a private entrance to the exclusive park with high-growing trees that surrounds it, where there is also the pool, equipped with tables, chairs, deck-chairs and sunshades.
Holy Mass is celebrated in the chapel facing the villa every Sunday at 11:15 a.m., by friars from the nearby Monte Oliveto Maggiore Abbey.
Swimming pool. Both the swimming pool available to guests of the farm holiday centre and the villa’s exclusive pool are open from May to September and are equipped with sunshades, tables, chairs, and deck chairs.
The keeper’s house. When the reception is closed and you need something, just knock on our keeper’s door: he will do his best to help you.
The children’s playing area is next to the pool of the farm holiday centre and also has a bowls pitch.
The tennis court is available to our guests during daytime.
Parking. The farm holiday centre has 10 covered parking spaces and a large uncovered area. Our guests staying at the villa have access to the exclusive park.
