The extensive area surrounding the farm, assures the visitors a relaxing holiday and the splendid houses that have been restored with cure, offer comfort and relax in a familiar atmosphere.
There are large gardens with playgrounds for children, swings, mountain bikes, barbecues and private parking.
In the green hills of Teramo, rich of vineyards, olive trees and orchards, the Terralieta holiday farm is situated in the centre of a marvellous estate of 70 hectares, a few minutes from the sea.

Apartments
Each apartment, of different sizes, has simple and typical furniture with colour tv, heating, kitchen complete with
utensils and bathrooms with showers.
The style of each apartment has been inspired by different themes and colours. The old fashioned floors, wooden ceilings, the simply household atmosphere: everything contributes to make your holiday particularly peaceful.
There are three kinds of apartments:
Big: two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen - dining room.
Medium: one bedroom, dining room with bed - sofa, kitchen and bathroom.
Small: one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
