Nestled on one of the most beautiful stretches of Calabria’s coastline, only 3 km from
Tropea, La Vigna is an ideal place to spend ones seaside holiday in a totally relaxing
atmosphere, in harmony with nature under olive trees and citrus groves. Centred in 5
hectares of grounds, the main house has been fully renovated.
It is surrounded by
guest apartments, which overlook wide-open areas, where guests can be in close contact
with the luxuriant nature, savouring the delights of a holiday, enjoying ancient flavours and
magical past-times fragrances. Each year a genuine and bountiful olive oil is produced from
the olives gathered from the centuries-old olive trees.
The orange marmalade made from the fruits of the citrus groves inside the grounds is well
worth a taste. There are many different fruit trees in the grounds, peaches, apricots, figs,
lemons and Sharon fruit, from which guests can pick fruits according to their season. In the
spacious park surrounding the Residence, guests can admire the ancient olive mill which up
to only recently was the fulcrum of this structure.

Guests are lodged in 10 independent apartments each different from the others. These are
either in the main house or around it, and can cover any specific personal needs requested.

has a colour TV, and a private veranda, which is fully equipped with patio furniture. La Vigna
Residence is distinguished for the high level of hospitality and courtesy; continuously working
to make guests’ stays as serene and comfortable as is possible.
there is a spacious car park inside the grounds, a safe for valuables in the main office, and
a playground for children. An ancient shop, which displays and sells typical local products,
produced both by the firm and in the surrounding area.
A satellite TV room with bar and
a lounge are available to all guests. It is possible to hire both bicycles and small boats.

La Vigna is on the coast between Zambrone and Capo Vaticano, just before Tropea for
those arriving from the north. The beach is only three short minutes away by car. There is a
wide choice of beaches either with free access or with beach establishments and lidos, which
offer special prices for our clients.
