Description
The farm holiday LE MASSE is an old country fully restored house, built in 1700. The site is at 15 km from Florence along the freeway to Livorno/Pisa. It is inside a naturalistic /archaeological park (there are ruins of a first century Roman Villa) and at 4 km from Montelupo Fiorentino, the town of the renaissance ceramics.secolo a.C.
All around, vineyards, olive groves, forests, etc. typical Tuscany environment. Around a beautiful private garden with suggestive sites and swimming pool. The contemporaneous presence of the architect Bedini's home allows a direct contact with the owners, so creating the presuppositions for a quiet and stimulating hospitality. "LE MASSE" is open all the year." The apartments are fully furnished and have kitchen and bathroom. All fittings and furnishing as well as bed and kitchen clothes are enclosed. The confortable rooms in "Tuscany style" have a warm touch of simple refiement. The bedrooms are equipped with all conforts, some have "Jacuzzi" tubs. | How to reach it By car is the best way! From Rome or North of Italy, Take the A1 (Autostrada del Sole); exit Firenze-Scandicci; then take the free-way to Livorno/Pisa (S.G.C. FI-PI-LI); exit "Ginestra Fiorentina". At the stop turn on the right (Montespertoli direction). At the roundabout follow the indication to Montespertoli; at the second roundabout follow the indication to Montespertoli. After 300 m. (before "Anselmo" signal) turn on the right, cross a small-red bridge; then, after 50m turn on the right and follow the green signals with "Le Masse" written and you arrive at a big, pink country house; this is "Le Masse"; park and follow the pedestrian way to the house!
