Description
The Farm Holiday "Le Boragini" is situated within a few kilometres from Urbino, at the heart of the Metauro Valley, known for its many ceramics workshops where industrious craftsmen create their own works of art, from the terracotta body to the hand moulding, cooking and painting of vases, plates, and so on. The valley is also known for its many restaurants and osterie which delight visitors with their appetising food consisting of typical and non-typical local dishes, but especially with the savoury and fragrant white and black truffle, the precious tuber of our area which is renowned in the whole of Italy. The cities of Acqualagna and S. Angelo in Vado, called "cities of the truffle" for the characteristic abundance of this exquisite product, are in fact situated within a few kilometres distance. Yes, it is right here that you can find the Farm House "Le Boragini", in the Municipality of Peglio, province of Pesaro and Urbino, at about 500 metres above sea level, along the Appennini mountains. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful sight of its harmony of colours, a lot of quiet and wellbeing in the greenness of nature in every period of the year.
The house has been entirely restored maintaining all the original characteristics of the typical houses of the area, at the centre of the Marches region. The Farm House can receive guest up to thirteen people in different bedrooms with private bathrooms, a reading room, a big kitchen with all conveniences (oven, cooker, fridge, dish washer), a fireplace and a wide garden. Visitors who are fond of sport fishing will be able to take part in day and night competitions in the lake which is about 200 metres distant from the Farm House. Those who are fond of biking will have Mountain bikes available to them, both for adults and children. (Every guest will be offered a big and savoury breakfast on arrival).
